    Good basic laptop. Needed for wfh. IT dept. recommended it in order to tie in with their system. If it performs like a similar HP laptop we expect it to last 5 years. Can’t go wrong, with HP.

    The customer service at Best Buy Was outstanding? Didn't take a long time to get my purchase? A Lot of helpful information, very courteous was not time consuming the price was great.I have always like the best. Buy their hospitality it's outstanding.

    The big screen is great, and it works fine. But when I open and close it, I feel it's a bit frail and easy to break, different from my Lenovo laptop. I really miss the backlit keyboard too.
