Garbage and defective hardware within 10 uses

I used this ten times before the mouse got completely stuck in the clicking position. Absolutely unable to use it when it’s constantly clicking down. This is getting returned asap because it will just continue to have defects like this, I’m sure. Don’t waste your time trying to get a low cost laptop, they’re trash.

If any issues occur where your delivery gets taken to the wrong location or lost in transit Best Buy will give you (the customer) a bunch of mumbo jumbo about contractor liability and refuse to honor any refund or replacement.
