I bought this as a gift for my mom and it's on par with my 2 in 1 Envy. The speed is amazing and perfect for her every need. Her only issue; it's not a touch screen

Love this laptop with its large screen. Has all the power I need for what I use it for. Berry showed me a lot and made some things I used in my old laptop so much easier to use. Great guy to have on the Geek Squad team!

Absolutely awesome. Love the big screen. the keyboard is very easy to use. Super-fast and the price was really good. Using it with animation software and no lag time at all would purchase again.

I had been wanting an all in one for a long time and finally the price point was affordable. I LOVE this computer and am delighted I bought it. I use it everyday and the graphics are amazing. Traveling with it is easy as well, a big plus!

I never even know laptops could be this big but I don't regret going big. Bigger isn't always better, but in this case it's worth it. This is why I love getting my laptops from Best Buy.

Admittedly, we got a really great deal on this. It was already on Clearance and we also bought an open box "Excellent". Couldn't be happier! Using it for work and not only does it have no problem running numerous spreadsheets, it also handles Polycam and BlueBeam Revu. It does struggle with VectorWorks but we never thought it would handle the other two as well as it does. Battery life is great compared to what I was using and the fan is relatively quiet even running at full speed when Revu puts it through it's paces.

Nice computer was easy to set up. Very fast. I like the size of the screen. Also like having the number pad like a regular keyboard. Makes it easy for punching in numbers

I bought my new HP laptop because my old laptop, which works just fine, would not accept Windows 11. I wanted to get a jump start on prices before tariffs may greatly increase them and well before there's a possible rush on buying when Microsoft phases out Windows 10 support. The sale price I paid was excellent. The touch screen, an added bonus, is very clear. I was told that Ryzen is an excellent processor. I had never heard of it. Another plus is the dedicated numbers keyboard. One aspect that's maybe a minus is that the computer is plastic, rather than aluminum. But it stays pretty cool even here in SoCal. I am very pleased with my purchase.

A very good laptop for its price! Large HD screen, good processor and decent features. Basically everything I asked for the price I paid for it. Highly recommended for customers that are looking for a value price item.

While this is a larger laptop- it is wonderful. It is easy to use, the screen size is very nice for looking at photos etc. I hightly recommend this. Very reasonably priced too!

This laptop worked perfectly for me. I had to replace my old laptop and the Geek Squad reccommended this laptop and it is great, big screen, great resolution, easy to use.

Being partial to a large screen I was thrilled to replace my older laptop with an up to date laptop with decent specs. Very happy with this decision. It was easy to set up and is comfortable to use.

After bumping up the RAM, which is easy enough to do, this is a nice computer. The solid state hard drive and the extra ram make it work in a pretty speedy fashion. The colors on the display are my only complaint. They're not horrible but when you're editing photos they are also not true to the image. We proved this to ourselves by plugging it into an external monitor which more accurately reflects the actual colors.

I purchased the new laptop because my existing laptop was old and running slow. I was impressed with the new laptop and the speed it has. The programs are working great.

Laptop works great for minor tasks. Email, browsing the internet, ect. Wouldn't suggest if you want it for gaming or editing, The laptop gets hot pretty quick. The discharge fan blows onto the monitor. This hinders cooling by restricting air flow. Its a shame the keyboard doesn't have lights. The print on the keys is very cheap and starting to fade away. For the price and minimal use its a great machine. Not a device for a long term or applications that need some juice.

I got this laptop over a year ago and I have to say this was an excellent product for college. A lot of people get a MacBook for college, but this laptop can do it all from submitting course work late at night to gaming sessions with your friends. If your looking a laptop that can do it all with no worries, this is a perfect product for you

Went in looking for a laptop after living with my windows 7 hp laptop for ages and just looking for a faster system and purchased this one and a year later with it and loving it. Could of rocked my windows 7 for a bit longer but the upgrade was amazing definitely recommend this for someone using a laptop for daily use. Can do some gaming off of it but had to be plugged in because gaming drains the battery to quickly

This laptop was easy to set up and is large too! Love the big screen and does the basic tasks that I needed it to do for working from home when I was away from the office on weekends or at nights.
