This item was selected as a replacement for a laptop that was experiencing issues with battery charging. I was assured that the replacement would be of similar quality in terms of storage capacity. However, I am experiencing the same problem with this laptop, as it drains 1% of battery every minute. I am unsure if this is a common issue or not, as this is the second laptop with the same problem. Additionally, I have noticed that this laptop does not have an SD card slot, whereas the previous one did. I am disappointed that the Best Buy representative did not seem knowledgeable about the products.

I purchased this laptop almost a month ago. It works well for me. The speed is good, lightweight & perfect for me.

This is great for my storage of pictures. I can also access my Facebook page to keep in touch with my family and friends.

It does everything I need. I don't game or do anything that I need anything else. I just browse the web and email.
