For the price i couldn't be happier. I bought it in "S" mode and took it as a challenge. Once i got it out of safe mode it is great. This thing is sweet although i am not a real fan of windows 11 yet. Where can you find a 14" laptop for $200 that works great.

We love this laptop. It's fast and has a lot of storage. Very easy to use.

Great product! Love the larger screen. It has helped me for my basic use for book keeping and emails and surfing the internet.

I especially like the keyboard. I also like the large 17.3 inch screen... I didn't get much thus far for my 199 dollar support package from geek squad however. The printer I purchased along with the new laptop and was supposed to be operational with the new laptop will not print for some mysterious reason. No matter how I attempt to print all I get is screens that want to SAVE the doc..... thinking 4 stars is generous since the printer does not print

I purchased this computer to replace a much older version. I am retired and am not a gamer so I don't need lots of memory or power. It's perfect. Love the large screen which was one of the main criteria for purchase, plus it was on sale. It does everything I need.

The 17.3 inch screen is amazing. I is a pleasure to watch a football game or a movie in this screen. Excellent for zoom or microsoft team meetings. I bought this laptop as an open-box excellent condition for $209.99 during Black Friday. Regular price is $549.99. I did good.

Im not gamer only had desktop but needed something when I was away the only thing I disappointed in is battery life not sure but seems battery only like maybe 2 hours use i only use it 20 minutes or so shut it off using periodontally all I do email reading news ect so if you using continually you probably be needed plug in but for my needs it works
