Excellent product, fast and easy to use with a great storage

Everyone at Geek Squad was patient, profesional and walked me through the installation of my new computer. Just not being able to squint my eyes has made a huge difference in my technology life. This product does what it is supposed to do, and the sale price was a great incentive.

Less than 90 days I noticed the keyboard keys were fading from white to a light gray. Called Best Buy and they indicated I call HP for a solution. Called HP twice and they suggested I purchase an Amazon keyboard cover or ship the computer and wait 7-10 days for returning after replacing keyboard. Well, after reviewing Amazon product MUBUY-GOL HP 17.3 Large Letter Print Keyboard Cover per link https//a.co/d/0eyju0Nx (numerical 0s) it is exactly what I needed with next day delivery. Just make sure the cover has the ON button on the picture which is located on the top right of the cover next to the delete button. Take the cover out of the envelope and lay it on the keyboard which grabs it immediately and stays in place and that's how I am now able to use my computer efficiently and type this review as the solution for a known problem that may help other customers as well after reading other reviews!

Solid computer for the price. The screen is nice and clear, sound is pretty good. The only complaint I have is battery life. It feels like the battery runs down very quickly, even in Energy Saver mode. And this is with general usage (Microsoft products, some YouTube, occasional streaming on Hulu). It's definitely not an all-day battery, but it'll certainly get you most of the way there if you aren't doing anything too intensive. I've got an HP that I had been using since 2015 that has a much better battery.

This product is the right size that I was looking for and the operation is easy.

Just bought it a little while ago and have very simple needs from a computer but it's been easy to use, good speed, and great picture (17.3" screen) and I'm 73 with declining eyesight and am not computer savvy. Suits me beautifully!

I saw this laptop on a Best Buy Black Friday sale at a great price, but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. It was on a Deal of the Day in early Feb. at the same price so I jumped on it. I think I got the last one and couldn't be happier. I was able to upgrade my RAM, storage and processor from my old laptop and it's been great. Set up was relatively easy (with the help of a YouTube video) and everything is up and running. Another review had mentioned a keyboard discolor issue, but none so far. Another improvement between this and previous HP laptop is the entire SSD drive is one C drive, not split into a C and D drive, so no chance of running out of storage for apps. Very happy I pulled the trigger on this.

Good Value for the Price. Met the needs of the user and configuration of Processor, Memory and SSD storage was excellent.

Very satisfied with this unit. I was going to buy a cheaper unit. The sales person advised me that the unit I got was faster and could do more. I’m glad I listened to him.
