We've had the laptop for about a month now. Everything seems to be working great and we are pleased. We use it primarily for everyday things ... Not gaming or graphics.

I really like the sleekness of the laptop. The screen size is great!! The Geek Squad at Best Buy was wonderful transferring the data I asked to be done.

The only thing im bummed about is no touch screen .i ❤️ the big 17 inch screen plus the big keypad numbers and letters.

Very good picture quality.Very fast start up time. I have only changed the battery the day I brought it home, good battery life.

I bought the same laptop a few years ago for my personal use. It has been very reliable and efficient during that time. So when I discovered our church Food Pantry was borrowing one of the church laptops to maintain all their records I acquired another so they could maintain all their info and records separate from church information. It will make a substantial difference in operational efficiency and confidentiality of information.

Great screen size and functions. Copilot still needs a lot of work, but that's Microsoft's issue.
