For the price, it is a great value. I thought that the keys were backlit, but it's not really an issue. The trackpad feel is a little soft for my likeing whis is the reason I did not give it a five-star rating.

A nice laptop with lots of nice features. HP has been good for me over the kast 10 years. Only drawback is that the characters, letters and folders on the screen are about 80 % as big as my aix year old laptop. That's a big deal to my 79 year old eyes. Bought it on line, should have gone into the store before purchasing.

My grandson is enjoying it and will be a great asset to his college upcoming year.

Have only had it a few weeks but it's a great computer at a reasonable price. Transferring data from the old computer was smooth and easy.

Battery doesn't last so cannot use it remotely unfortunately

Meets our needs. Easy set up. We are pleased with our choice.

Overall the laptop does it's job. However the touchpad is complete trash. The left bottom corner continuously gets stuck. Which in turn causes issues while trying to use the touchpad as a mouse. Overall I blame HP's lack of quality control for this issue and will be considering other options when purchasing my next laptop.

Haven't used it much yet but I believe it will be good after I get use to windows 11

The computer is ok but when I try to see a movie I can't get enough sound. Is there a speaker available to attach on here? I'll call the store soon. Thanks you.
