Great computer for the size, space, memory and the price was the best

Very fast, quiet with good monitor. Only 1 month old, so I cannot say anything about reliability.

The salesman, I believe his name was John, was very helpful and knowledgeable. So far, the Laptop has lived up to my expectations. I have had it for only about a month so my experience is limited thus far.

This is a great lap top for the price. Works fast and the keyboard touch is great. I like having the numeric keypad too.

I purchased this new computer to upgrade to Windows 11. My previous Laptop could not be updated to Windows 11. I had a great experience with the Staff at Best Buy and also the Geek Squad with the transfer of my information from my old Laptop to the new one. They were great to work with and did an excellent job with the transfer and updating some of my applications as well. High Recomendations to anyone.
