Good price for a quality laptop on sale. The keys are soft spring back and size of the screen fits my needs without an additional monitor.

The laptop runs well and does everything I need it too. I haven’t had an issue with it so far but seeing as it is I doubt for one to come.

I bought this laptop for my son for Christmas. Before wrapping it, I went through part of the setup and downloaded all the updates. Everything went very smoothly. The screen resolution is outstanding. My son will enjoy his movie watching and ease of streaming. He seems to be quite pleased with it.

Product is easy to use. Set up was ok. Some program transfers were problematic due to no cd disk hardware internal to the new laptop. Initial access is to signon is slower. Otherwise unit is working.

This Windows 11 HP computer is faster and more capable than any I've used before. It's also very sensitive and does things I don't want or need at times......such as making print larger...or offering a window with many options when I don't want ANY of them....or want to take time to read the list and consider. I could use a CLASS to help expand my capabilities with this which Best Buy staff says they don't presently offer.

Works very well for what I needed it for: basic home computing. Email, internet, tax preparation using software.

So far I am enjoying the laptop but I haven’t had time to sit down and learn about everything that is available. Haven’t had a chance to make sure all my data from old laptop is on new one.

I love it! So streamlined and sleek! I just wish it had a DVD drive that's the only thing I don't like about it.

I love the size but the pad is too sensitive, I don't even touch it and it changes on me.
