Everything is fine except 16GB memory causes system to be slow.

Have had the laptop for only a few days. No issues yet and don’t expect anything. Like the feel of it.

Your customer service was great! They were very helpful and explained things so I understood.

I ended up with the wrong computer. It would not compatible to the program that I needed to run.

The only downfall is that it doesn't have a cd reader.

I am confused with a lot of the apps and trying to fix things to work better. the taskbar is very small and I can't make it any bigger, if I try to it doesn't change and everything else overlaps. I would like to a person for help, but never get a person.

The tech person that helped me was wonderful but too many people waiting in line and not enough people to wait on them. My appointment was delayed by an hour so when appt was only 20 minute so people were stacking up in line and that made me feel rushed so didn't get all the info I needed.

It's decent Laptop, i expected the display to be much better, the touch board quality isn't the best.

Still trying to familiarize between windows 10 to windows 11.

I returned this item. it was a little too heavy for me to transport around. but it seemed like a great computer and a good price.

Sometimes the touchpad is not smooth. Otherwise value for money.

the batery never works, just in the first day that I buy it.

Laptop appearance is sleek, however, there is no battery life. Description indicates up to 10 hours battery life, however, charge doesn't last more than 2 hours.

Needs for storage if you're a gamer. Just need to get more storage.

Ever since buying this I've received a ton more SPAM calls and emails. Makes me never want to buy something from Best Buy at all. The only place I gave my number an email address to was to Best Buy!

Less than a month old. Mouse pad doesn't work. HP suggests returning because it's defective. Best Buy won't take it back. DO not buy HP.. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY.

The HP laptop was a great price. I asked the associate since I had Dell docking station would there be any problems. He told me everything would work; Dell works with Dell and does not work with HP or any other. Plus, HP did not come with a charging cord.

I bought a laptop on Dec 2 and still not received, supposed the delivery was for Dec 16 but it changed, I don't know the date of delivery yet.
