Disregard any negative comments about this laptop it runs fast and the only thing that could make it run slow is the wifi not the laptop the only problem i had was when i got google chrome and it was downloading when my laptop was updating and my screen went black but it came back up and sometimes google chrome is a little weird but other than that this is the best laptop ever its big and huge and u can play any game on it u just have to have great wifi and it cant take up alot of storage i dnt see why ppl complain about it moving slow its quick to me and its so much to explore on it

It came quickly and I was very excited to have a 17 inch screen. I am not a gamer but I have Office excel. Every time I try to save my work. It hangs on for several minutes saying no responding. My online use is worse. I use social media and have been very disappointed. If it is wifi and or Google chrome would someone be able to tell me if they know what to do. Very disappointed should have returned sooner but now is out of my time to return.

I don't game and never will, but I figured if I bought a gamer laptop it would be great at doing anything I need for home or work use. It is good enough for what I use it for, but it's definitely not as fast at doing anything as I would expect it to be since it's supposed to be a gamer laptop.

Performance really good, and the screen is large to see detailed pictures which is needed for work! Own several HP’s so I hope this lasts awhile, too!

Screen has excellent color and all around my laptop was a wonderful buy. Would definitely buy again......

I got this for my 9 year old. He plays his games on here and he loves it. It super fast and the screen is a nice size.

He really enjoys this laptop. It is easy to use and nice looking.

Great value and an a great computer for the house!

Do not buy this computer for gaming. It barely is good enough for surfing the web. It isn't easy to upgrade the memory either and didn't notice a difference.

I was very pleased with the fast shipping I love the laptop, the whole experience was very easy and pleasant under the current circumstances.

I am still getting used to this computer, but from what I can tell so far is that it is a great computer.

This computer is really slow. It has trouble switching between tabs in a spreadsheet. It freezes all the time. I wish I had gotten a different computer. It is awful do not buy.

Great Laptop for the novice or professional. And a GREAT BUY.

Worst laptop and HP product ive ever dealt with. My windows 95 desktop runs smoother than this "gaming" laptop. It lags running microsoft word and even basic solitaire. I wouldnt attempt a good game like minecraft on it and would be horrified to run a game like DOOM on it

Garbage, I will never purchase an HP product again

Despite this being a gaming laptop, it’s disappointed with its total lack of speed. Also, setting the thing up took an act of congress and was totally confusing. It was huge lag, errors, and setup was awful. Not nearly as robust as we’d expected either. Sounded junky and loud too! We just gave up and it’s a paperweight. Sad.

I've been using this for music production for the last 2 years. Runs like a charm!
