Slow processor

All the reviews I read said that the HP computers have slow processors, but I was in denial. I love my HP printer so I thought a computer would probably be all right. BUT, it wasn't. It was very slow and frustrating. I returned it.

Good for simple things

It works good for that. We have not tried harder things. It does shut down to do updates a lot but hopefully that will stop soon.

Larger screen perfect

It's easy to view the multiple window screens as well as the task bar at the bottom. The Geek Squad did a great job in explaining how to use this laptop.

Great Price for a nice laptop

Lots of memory (RAM and ROM), a decent processor, lightweight,. battery life isn't that great and minor problems with the system but nothing big that will mess with it.

Good laptop for the price

I would recommend disabling the anti-virus that comes pre-loaded and download another free version. It improved the speed.

Love the large screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had time to fully enjoy or check out my new laptop yet because I'm living temporarily where there is no internet and WiFi, but I love how large the screen is and really look forward to using it in my home for leisure and work after I finally get to move. As far as I can tell, the computer is excellent.

Good machine-win 10 horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the machine HATE the windows 10 software bundle and it's headaches. 2 things I'd change from when I bought this to now is I'd insist on anything but Win 10 O.S. and I'd have them upgrade the ram a little bit. With any operating system except Windows 8/8.1/10 in this thing I'd have given it 10 stars! The people at my Best Buy store and the on site geek squad are the only reason I rated this thing at all as they have been top notch pro's in helping me with my software issues. I would recomended this laptop to anyone JUST NOT WITH WINDOWS 10 IT SUCKS
