And Netflix and surfing the web and YouTube is great only down side is the screen viewing it's like one of those tvs you gotta get it the right viewing angle

The touch pad is too sensative

Everything works great but the mouse pad is VERY sensitive and sometimes when I type it enlarges the screen view or makes it smaller which is aggravating at times. Other than that everything else works great.

I'm going to change the operating system real soon. Other than that I see no issues.

I am most happy with the help I got from geek squad ..the computer floor guy on duty seemed more interested in not working than helping so the other guy was overwhelmed. The HP laptop is working well
