I was in need of an update as my laptop was 7 years old and my desktop was over 10!!!!! I was curious about Windows 10 and I wanted something with enough power and memory go last me a while. I am no young pup....in fact I am 64 and NOT tech- savvy. Thus machine is a perfect fit for me. Very happy

I bought this because my other computer had windows 10 problems that couldn't be fixed by anyone. This computer seems to run windows 10 without any problems. I have not had any problems at all. If I am not mistaken, this would be a good computer for gaming as the graphics are really good.

Battery does not last, even with full charge. Very sensitive mouse pad, making the screen larger or smaller with just a touch.

It took a little while to set up with the other purchase but with a little help we finally got'er done. The laptop is a little slow but is functioning quite well.

The product is good for what I use it for, however the customer service after the purchase was awful! The computer was bought new, but immediately when connected to the to the internet viruses popped up even when the computer came with protection pre-installed. I was denied replacement or a fix even thought the computer was only one day old. After days of haggling with customer service it was finnally fixed! The computer is good, Customer Service is terrible

I AM VERY MUCH COMFORTABLE WITH THE USAGE OF MY NEW EQUIPMENT AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANY AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS WHO ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A SIMILAR EQUIPMENT.. IN ADDITION I WILL CONFESS THAT BEST BUY SERVICE IS VERY EXCELLENT.

This HP computer is very good. I would recommend it to anyone. It handles everything I need it to do. I do a little video editing and creating videos on this computer. Great for anything that I need it to do.

I bought this laptop for every day basic use, email online shopping and paying bills. I've been doing so much more like adobe Photoshop and have been so pleased. Havent had an issue since i purchased it!

This HP laptop has a sharp display and all the features other than Bluetooth that I was looking for. Quiet running, fast, good battery life, with a nice sized, responsive touch pad. Very thin, and lightweight.

Super solid machine! has been great with multi-tasking with no slowing down. Surfs, streams and run all basic programs very well.

The laptop is very good for the price, the case gets marked up a bit too much for my liking

bit of a novice myself - but my son who games and writes programs was impressed with its abilities and memory. i have had no issues with this laptop and would recommend it as relatively easy to learn.

I love my HP laptop! I have always used a desktop, so I am very happy with the portability of my new HP laptop. It has helped make my busy professional life much easier. I am completely satisfied!

I neededsomething just for email. google and facebook mostly. This product checks the boxes. Easy to set up and get going!

The laptop a great picture and is easy to use. I use it just for business and I am very comfortable with it! It was on sale compared to the original price and it has been worth it.

Bought two of these for my high school kids & could not be happier with them. Absolutely no complaints.
