Great laptop. Fast. Performs all the functions I need. Not a gamer, so I can't speak to the speed for that. Large screen is great! Great buy!

It works amazing, pretty quick, handles a lot of what I've done so far. It's battery life is really bad, prolly around and hour or less. It's track pad isn't too great either, but easily resolved with getting a seperate mouse. For the price it's pretty amazing overall. As a note though, I don't think it's smudge proof as it says, moreso you can't notice prints too well.

HP makes really good products. Their hardware is usually very good...this laptop is no exception. It is relatively fast and I have had no issues thus far. The price was very reasonable and it does everything I need it to do. I do miss the left and right buttons on the track pad, but, it works. Would like to have some kind of texture to differentiate between the two, but, again, it's not a deal breaker.

I did some research and decided that this was a good option. I was surprised at the speed of the laptop. I got it for my wife to replace one she had for 8 years or so. She loves it. It is quiet, and the big screen is nice. Good battery life too. This is a great laptop for the money.

This laptop isn't bad for the price. Has a nice large screen and seems to work pretty well. Battery life is not good though and I keep getting annoying pop-ups from HP about updates - they should just install automatically in my opinion. Overall, pretty good so far.

Great product love the style and the screen. But the battery doesn't last but about 3 hours. Then it's dead so if your wanting something with better battery life keep looking.

The laptop I originally wanted was not in stock. Even though the website said it was. Moreover, the customer service rep helped me choose based on what I wanted, which was performance over touch screen. In addition, I wanted a laptop with a DVD player over weighing less without one.

Purchased this computer for personal use. Was actually a little hesitant because of Windows 10, but haven't had too much difficulty getting use to Windows 10. Computer screen is large & would be great for both tv & movie viewing.

low battery life, fn key doesnt even work straight out of the box, slow slow processor. if given the chance i wont buy this computer again.

A well constructed machine with an up to date operating system and pre-loaded software for almost any need. This computer is perfect for every day use with a nice microprocessor and enough memory to serve well. The 17" screen is large enough for easy use and gaming is a pleasure; much more comfortable than smaller screens.

This rating is based on the fact that I have had exactly 0 complaints from the manager this was purchased for, which I can tell you is almost unheard of. While this isn't a processing powerhouse by any means it is perfect for Office work and the associated tasks that go with that. For us it does the job we intended it for which is all I can ask, especially for the price.

Works great! Processor is fast enough for my multiple program software and haven't had any problems with download speed times or upload for that matter. Works great when I have several windows open at once. Screen is large enough and clear for my business.

Love the large screen. Had a performance issue in the beginning, but Best Buy totally came through. They stepped up and replaced the unit no questions asked. Replacement unit working perfectly.

I thought this computer would be a great upgrade after my old HP fell apart. Unfortunately the processing is pretty slow and it hangs up a lot. The OS seems to want to restart quite a bit. It'll do for what it's for and the price was decent but not exactly blowing me away. The wide screen and 10 key is great for working with financial software though.

Husband purchased lap as an anniversary/Valentine's Day gift, but I have not had an opportunity to use it very much. In grad school, and I have items saved to desk top of old computer. Great speed, and I absolutely LOVE the 17" screen!! I love it!

I was looking for a 17 inch laptop but it needed to have plenty of hard drive and all or most of what I was looking for. it came short on a few things but over all it's a great computer for the price I would recommend this to a friend

Great processing speed, memory and easy to use keyboard. really impressed by great and easy function of the mouse pad. Screen is absolutely clear with high definition. Would recommend to anyone and well worth the money!!!!

the pc itself is easy to use and starts fast , what i am having problems with is with errors and blue screens different errors at different times, hopefully it will get resolved ,, geek squad has been working with me,
