This is my second one, purchased one for my son for Christmas... It's fast, decent battery life and display is super clear. My son runs minecraft on his with no issues. I'd highly recommend this, esp over a Dell or Toshiba.

I've had this laptop for about a week. The Main problem is the touch pad. Very quirky, sometimes you had to press hard, a light touch would not do. The touch pad would occasionally hang up also. The secondary problem is Windows 10 itself. What a pain! One good feature of Windows 10 is the Grey Scale Color adjustment for red, green, and blue. That is excellent. The rest is a real pain especially with having to use a Microsoft account for each user. The best things I liked about the laptop is the clarity and sharpness of the Glossy Screen. It really brings out the detail in the videos on Youtube. The other really great feature is the DTS Sound Quality. This is Excellent! The speakers are on top near the keyboard and the sound was very good with mid and high ranges. The lower base ranges were not great. But over all sound was very good for a laptop, as it has very good volume as well to crank up the sound of your music videos.

LOVEEE IT! It works great for video editing, web site design, Microsoft office, Photoshop and other high end programs. Windows store is a complete junk, nothing good in it, but the laptop itself is amazing, fast and easy to configure. Very pleased with it!

I went to Best Buy looking for a different setup for my wife but ended up leaving with this guy and we couldn't be happier. Not only can my wife crank the sims 4 at the highest settings with virtually no stutter, I've began putting it through test runs with Dota 2 and Team Fortress 2 and it's showing no signs of stopping. Obviously there is no problem running everyday tasks such as video streaming and multitasking. I suggest this product to anyone looking for the most bang for their buck.

I've only had this computer for a couple of days. However, I can say that it is a good buy for basic computing. The screen renders a very nice display and the sound is nice and crisp. The shell is constructed of all plastic, but it does not feel too flimsy for consistent use. The only down side I've observed to this point is the battery does not seem attach cleanly to the computer; and, (as others have noted) the battery life is not ideal. But, on balance, at this price point, you do get a lot of computing power for your buck.

Took about one day to get use to the windows 10,good computer for surfing the web ,playing games looking at videos. when I bought my two they were 399.99 two weeks ago, looks like the price went up. never the less I would of gave the current price for it, the 17.3 inch screen is awesome when you have been use to the 15.6 for over 10 years.

I'm actually pretty disappointed in HP, the battery life on my laptop is horrible, I can maybe get and hour and a half or 2 hours away from the charger before I have to plug in where as my Toshiba at work can go for four hours before I have to plug in. Then at least once a month my computer encounters an error and resets my background, I have re-download Skype and Spotify. Overall I am not impressed with this laptop.

great computer at a great price. nice large HD screen. easy to use and looks good too. definitely recommend.

I purchased this hp notebook on Wednesday so far haven't had a problem with it. It has great sound an excellent screen for movie and gaming purposes. I can write papers and do some digital art with the Adobe software. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Works great. Processor speed is really good display and color could be a bit better as well as battery life.

Love this laptop. I had bout a dell touch screen, and was not pleased with it. So, I returned it and found this in my local Best Buy store. Completely happy with it! Has more than enough room for all of my pictures, music and movies. And for the games I play, it runs very smooth, and does not heat up like some other laptops do. %100 happy with my purchase!

Excellent product. Ran like new for almost 7 years.

I needed a replacement for my Windows 7 laptop, and after much comparison shopping, chose this machine. I am very glad I did, as it has been rock solid - good video and sound, and more than enough processing power for my photo editing with a big enough hard drive to store many photos until I complete the editing process. All that, and it didn't break the bank to do so!

Great laptop for the price able to play moderate games.

This is a very good laptop for a beginner or someone with not a lot of money to spend. My only complaint is Windows 10!

Large screen, great memory, great price. I would recommend better speakers because it doesn't get too loud, but overall a great purchase

My phone is faster than this P O S laptop. I know it's not my internet because my wife has a laptop and it's fast and loads everything. This laptop will not load simple webpages such as YouTube, if I try to apply for work it doesn't load the application. I try and watch YouTube videos and it stops and I have to exit out the page and start from the beginning. I just bought this laptop Saturday and I'm returning it tomorrow. Please do not buy! Do not waste your money or time on this thing!!!! I try going on my college website and it doesn't load or let me look at my assignments. DONT BUY!!!

For the price it works goodhas a good screen that is bright the apps are good it connects fast as my 700 computer we use it for games and it does keep up with the pace of some of the games and stays connected the graphics are nice and vivid
