has every thing I need......like the bigger screen

It allows me to play the latest games. The videos I watch look great on this big screen. I love my laptop.

I love everything about this laptop and bought it for school. I wanted something to bring from home to school and personally I think it's a little too heavy and too big to bring to class and doesn't fit in average sized backpacks. Great for home but not for travel. Large screen.

Review of associate would be a 9 or 10 both of the young ladeys that helped were exelent. If your asking of after the sail with geek squad that would be totaly diferent. Unfortunately that afects your bisness because i would suggest to aney one use a diferent store because of there service sorry.

Got what I was looking for in screen size and didn't have to worry about extras not needed.

It works well. No problems yet. Affordable. Windows 10 takes a little while to get used to but seems worthwhile. Still dreaming of hololens.

I am very pleased with my new laptop. It is everything I needed. Really fast and even windows 10 is ok. I was weary after people told me I wouldn't like it but I am very happy with my purchase. Better yet I had 6 mo. free interest to pay it off. Love everything about it.

I purchased HP - 17.3 Laptop - AMD A10-Series - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black it was worth it at a great price I do all my college work on it.

After using a desktop for many years, it is nice to have a computer that is portable.

I got this laptop to work from home. It operates on Windows 10 (which is fantastic), has a large screen with a clear picture, sleek design, and a nice keyboard with numeric keypad. For regular use, this laptop is perfect, would be a little slow for any gamers.

It's slow! I have an I5 from Lenova that is 2 y.o that is faster than this. It's okay enoughfor the kids to do homework only, as long as they have patience! I most definitely would not buy it again or recommend it! I would go with a higher processor for sure next purchase!!!

good computer and good specs for the money. screen is nice and big at 17 inches. my first computer with windows 10 installed and seems good so far. only thing I would change it the mousepad on the computer. buttons for click and right click would be nice

Already had a HP computer which was only a couple years old. The hard drive on it was going out, so I bought a new HP computer. I thought the new computer would be very similar to the old one, but it was not. Bought an external hard drive & had Best Buy Geeks download everything from the old computer and put it on the hard drive and on my new computer. Thought I could just turn the new computer on & all my icons would be on the screen ready to use, but this was not the case. All information from my old computer was placed in a file. Also, I couldn't open anything that was made with Microsoft Office as I did not buy Microsoft office for the new computer. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the new computer and with the Geek Squad service.

Great computer for the price. I can only wish that the battery lasted longer.
