I love this laptop. It took awhile to get used to Windows 10 but I love it!

I like the no fingerprint case, Windows 10 takes some getting use to, I don't find the processor to be as fast as I expected, but I'm told this processor is great for games and I don't play a lot..

Laptop has worked great since I got it. Quickly recovered old files and installed additional software. Win 10 much more to my liking that Win 8. Only issue is 17" screen made laptop a little larger than my briefcase. Didn't think of that! But Best Buy had a nice one for reasonable price!

Runs fast . Didn't cost alot . My daughter uses it alot to play wow

Really like the large screen but do not like internet explorer 10.

This was my first laptop purchase, ive avoided buying one since most people I know have always had issues with laptops and their memory space, how long the charge last, overheating etc. Ive had it for a few months now and I dont have any big complaints. So far the only issue ive had is the battery charge doesnt last as long as it used to. I feel This is also in part of me using it for hours on end though as i am a student. I definitely always need to have my cord with me as it typically last about two hours now. Other than that it works great

Seems to be working well. The version 10 software is quirky. I do not like the problem I have of getting website icons on my desktop. It was automatic on previous versions. Not so now.

Powerful laptop. Windows 10 is way better than XP!

This is an excellent laptop for the price. The only downsides it has is the lower quality screen display, as well as only 6 gigs of ram. Despite that, this is definitely one of the best laptops in this price range.

Attending an online university and as of late purchased this new laptop. It does the job as long as I use Chrome instead of the Microsoft edge internet program. Teamed up with the printer I couldn't ask for more!

I bought this as a returned item so it was purchased at a significant discount. It runs great, very fast. This was my first time with Windows 10 and I am getting to like it more than I thought I would. I use this mostly for surfing but it also runs World of Warcraft with no issues. It is not a gaming laptop so I do have it set with a few lower settings but WOW runs great for me as I do not Raid or group. Very light, huge screen, great graphics and I have not had any issues at this time!

At first I was reluctant to buy as it had windows 10 preloaded and I had heard that it was difficult to learn. Both the computer and the software are very user friendly. Very fast processing.

This is a satisfactory laptop for the price. I'm not happy with my choice of a larger screen but that was my choice. It seems to play video and ppt well.

LIGHT WEIGHT, GOOD BATTERY LIFE AND IT'S A HP ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH THEM. THIS ONE FULFILLS ALL MY NEEDS. AND PRICED RIGHT!

nice computer very easy to use, has sim, with simple start up and windows is a great program , love the simple easy access guide and I think Cortana is way better then apples sury.

This serves as a good basic no frills computer. Compared to Intel the A10 processor is a little slower but it gets the job done. At this price point it is exactly no less than to be expected.

I am very pleased with this computer. This is my first HP PC and I have had many Dells that don't live for long before they go belly up i seems. I actually wanted a different computer but it wasn't in stock and my DELL had blown up earlier in the day so I had to get one in a hurry.

Wanted to replace a very, very old desktop. Swore I'd not buy another HP. What did I do? I bought an HP. Seemed like best bang for the buck. Does what I need it to easily.
