It was time to upgrade without breaking the bank. Great machine with nice feel of the keys. Easy to use mouse pad yet we opted for a wireless mouse also. Wonderful screen.

I would recommend this computer to everyone who are afraid to leave Windows 7. I have found this computer is very easy to learn how to use.

Excellent LabTop although at times I seem to think the color should be more vibrant or maybe I need to see if there is some adjustment.

I would give a higher review but the computer crashed the first night I had it. I had no problem restoring the computer back.

quick to open, surf the web, like how the Windows home page ISN'T the opening page. wish I would have upgraded to back-lit keyboard

I was looking to upgrade a lap top that I had for something a bit faster but I didn't want to spend $1000. I don't need a lap top with all the bells and whistles and this fit the bill. The only thing that I wish was that I could increase the RAM. I will say that it has become increasingly difficult to find a 17 inch lap top, or any lap top, that still houses a dvd player. Definitely a plus when you a installing software.

I needed the computer for school and work, so far it has provided with all I need to do both.

We just needed a computer to do some basic things, watch videos, email, etc. and this is perfect. The resolution & video quality is great and it's easy to use.

Needed a good processor for surfing the internet, but didn't require a huge hard drive. This was a perfect fit for our budget.

Easy to use, great for school work and great for social media

I was hesitant to purchase Windows10 but I am glad I did, it is easy to maneuver. The computer, at first, would zoom with the slightest touch but I have now learned not to brush against the touch pad while typing. I love the ease of this laptop.

I love my new HP laptop and use it frequently when traveling across the country; it has good battery life, is reliable and has a fast processor...all of which make my life easier

It does what I ask of it. No complaints. I would recommend it for online classes which I use it for.

Love the large 17"screen. Windows 10 is more usable than Windows 8!

I needed a laptop that I could work from home on and this fits perfectly for my work needs as well as being fun to play on. The only thing I didn't like was the cursor doesn't always recognize that you're moving it but I think the problem might be me :) All in all, the software is quick and the layout is user friendly. Great product for the sale price.

I purchased it because I'm not able to access my desktop. I've been using it almost daily. Last night I tried to shut it down for the night, but it wouldn't switch to desktop. I tried control,alt, delete nothing would work so I went to bed. I didn't want to disconnect so I waited until this morning. I went on the internet to do some work and try to find fix my computer. Nothing worked therefore I decided to take it to the geek squad.

I have HP computers at work and have been satisfied with them. Felt the price was very reasonable. Easy to use. Needed to have a CD drive and still this HP is slim in design. Completely satisfied with this purchase.

I love this laptop, the ease of use setting it up was great. I'm not happy with the sound but from what I've heard all laptops don't really have great sound, if I could get that figured out I'd be 100% satisfied.

fast for the money, still running great! was a little worried because of the price, but it really is a great lap top
