This laptop replaced an older version. The screen (non-touch) is a very nice size and the computer appears to run quickly.

My first laptop, still figuring things out with windows 10. All previous experience with vista, geek squad very patient and awesome.☺

This PC loses the internet connection a coupe of times a day and must be rebooted to restore it. Windows 10 is another issue The "auto click" feature is a pain in the "xxx". Just moving over a link or function, such as delete, frequently causes the action to occur. This can be very troublesome. The HP support assistant is continually trying to update but it frequently fails. More annoyance. Overall there a many area of this PC that can use improvement.

Needed quick fix for daughters school work, so it suits her needs, also seems to preform well with the stuff that's not school work.

Love windows ten ...because you can take it back to simple if ya want too. So glad it came with the other operating options .

this computer is very good, good size for the monitor, very fast and a large hard drive, picture is very clear

basic computer with enough ram and memory for a couple of years at my usage needs. Can expand if necessary. Asked for it and got it quickly and without the usual upgrade push. Good sales person.

Great for my work not super fast but I do not play games so it is just fine for spread sheets and such for me.

I chose this laptop after reading reviews on all of them and I'd like the large disk space. I am not too fond of the mouse pad as it is hard for my arthritic fingers to use but the program is wonderful. it has a lot of extra features I haven't explored yet but I am enjoying the product very much.

A little slower than I expected but for school work it's pretty legit

In was afraid that it would be "too new" compared to my six year old computer but it was very easy to adjust to. Still lots of new things I am having fun exploring.

The battery lasts about 3 hours and I like the screen size. It boots up quickly also.

The A10 processor performs well. 6GB RAM will satisfy 80% of the population. Will want more RAM of you are a user with several programs running at the same time.
