    I was disappointed with the speed, my 2010 Toshiba satellite was twice as fast then this 2018. YouTube video to web surfing it takes a bit to upload anything. Will probably return item

    This is , in my opinion, a falsely advertised product. Only games it can play are facebook games. HP labels it as a notebook. It is NOT for gaming.

    This thing is slower than my six year old employer issued, program loaded, Panasonic toughbook! And I have yet to add a single program as this remains within the included anti virus trial period.

    This is the worst computer I have ever owned. The screen quality is horrible/hard to see clearly. I have had it 1.5 years and now I cannot get into it because it won't recognize my password after a Windows update.

    Computer would not turn on after 2 months. The warranty expired at 45 days for Elite plus members at Best Buy. TRied system core-configuration, full restore a computer system engineer friend...nothing! We lost $$$$$$
