Loved the larger screen on this laptop and the full keyboard with keypad. Even though large it's still very lightweight which makes it easier to carry around. This is exactly what I was looking for in my "work at home" computer.

I think this computer is great and I got an excellent deal for it brand new from the store. It has extra storage just in case I need it. I am basically using this computer for school and it's more than what I need but it's excellent just in case if I have to type up a lot of work. This computer gets the job done.

I purchased this laptop to replace my 2010 HP with windows 7. This unit still has a CD/DVD player, a larger screen, and more memory. It's very fast and does everything that I need from a computer. So far it works very well and easy to set up.

So far I'm happy with this laptop. I'm still getting used to it and the bookmarks. It's different with each laptop I've bought. I like the screen size. I'm trying to play with the light and bright settings.. I'll figure it out. It just takes time.

Another winning HP laptop. This latest update is fast, functional and easy to use. I appreciate the continuing commitment to quality of HP. Keyboard is just right, screen resolution good, start up speed above expectation and general features good. I recommend this item.

I purchased this for my daughter to work on remotely. It's heavier than I expected which is why I removed a star. If you don't plan on carrying it around, it's fine. The screen size is decent and it functions as expected. No issues yet.

This is a good budget laptop, it wont blow you away with start up speed or a 1080p screen but it does not cost 1200 like my other HP 17in. either. Connectivity is good, full keyboard, fast surfing, good storage capacity. This laptop is lightweight for a 17, very portable. It has a CD, DVD player which is almost unheard of anymore, a definite plus for me! It has an HDMI output which works great with my 27in. HP monitor for vids and movies. speakers are good and has a headphone jack if you want an external speaker for better sound .I would give it a 5 star if it started up quicker but for the price a very good choice!

This would be an easy setup if it had connected to the WiFi at the beginning of the process. After I had to call a tech service who’s number came up on my screen as I was try to install the Microsoft Office Home & Student, witch would not load. This process cost me an extra $299.00 and about 7 hours of my time. I’ve not had any issues with my existing laptop or any other devices in my home using the web root protection plan from Best Buy. Other than this the product works well for me.

Coming it we really wanted this only for the Sims 4 but have been using it for other things as well and it has been a great choice for us on getting. But the only downside is that me and my husband keep fighting on who will be on next LOL

This computer is perfect for me. I purchased it because I started working from home doing the Pandemic and it been working like a charm without any problems. The larger screen is great.
