Great laptop for everyday use, has a large screen for ease of use and viewing multimedia.

Yeah, the other reviews are correct. This is a waste of money. The screen is large and true to size, but that's it that is good. It is SLOW. They try responding about "updates", etc. assuming their customers are just "surfers" and "social media" users. Some of us know that updates aren’t slowing this thing down. At 100% charged and updated, months later, I still have to wait for a basic function to perform correctly...if at all. Save your money and buy a different product. This one is TRASH and slower than my 7 year old laptop!

My laptop was at least 10+ years old and it was time to buy. My Fiance has an HP 17.3" Laptop and I always admired it. It was the best thing I did. It is so fast and easy to use. The agents at the Geek Squad were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also would like to mention the price was great too.We would definitely recommend Geek Squad to our family and friends.

Good resolution, a little slower than I anticipated. Touch Pad a bit too sensitive, overall a good value.

I am truly impressed with this laptop and with what it is able to accomplish. I would gladly recommend this laptop to anyone who needed a laptop [for ease of use and ease of setting up-initial start-up.

This thing is so disappointing let me count the ways. Very slow so slow I can make a formal lunch and it’s still warming up… It’s so weak it takes an eternity to charge up

Have been researching laptops for awhile. I'm a home insppector and need allot of storage. This latop with the 17 inch screen and 1 TB lf storage fits the bill. Bought it open box, excellent condition and it was! After 1 month of use would buy it again!

Unfortunately, 8GB RAM is WAY too slow any more for everything I need to do in an online world, I returned it in less than a week to get one with a 16GB RAM. However, in that week, except for how slow it ran, it did what it was supposed to do.
