I have always bought my computers from Best Buy and never have disappointed with them. Bought a Lenovo in Feb and HP in November both have worked great

Bought this as a gift for loved one for Xmas, And since setting up and using they have loved this laptop. I was familiar with the brand since I already own one and would gladly recommend for anyone else. It contains all the features one would enjoy and some others they would discover and come to enjoy.

Could be better but sometimes it's a little sluggish. It gets the job done though and that is enough for me.

I chose the HP brand because I have had good luck and experience with this brand. Also my printer is an HP product and I wanted them to link easiy.

Purchased for my son as a christmas present. He can do everything he needs to do with ease and can do some advanced gaming with it and is happy.

I gave this laptop as a gift to my husband for Christmas. He was thrilled with the size and look of it, but that's where it ended. It was very glitchy and restarted many times during initial set up. He took it in to Best Buy, where it was confirmed to be a less than stellar performer. He ended up exchanging it for a Lenovo and has had a much better experience.

I bought this HP because it is the brand I trust. There was a different brand that I was looking at that I figure was going to be less expensive for me, but I was informed that this HP was on sale for even less and I was so excited I stopped looking and grabbed the HP!!!!!

It's good for my teenage daughter to do homework and social media. She has told me it's a little slow but she really likes it

nice laptop for a house computer with limited use,not very fast so wouldn't want to use for college or as a work computer .

The computer is strong and reliable. I wanted something fun yet practical for my boyfriend who hasn't had his own computer.

Has a very nice screen 17" but overall pretty slow processor. Bought this laptop just to manage pictures of my daughter but seems to run Slow right out of the box with nothing installed. Slow internet(other laptop runs fast) viewing pictures from SD card, and transitioning between running apps. Overall you pay for what you get. Good laptop for under 400 dollars but wish it ran faster.

Who would think that your laptop computer would die days before Cyber Monday? It did and even with all the so-called deals - Best Buy was the best for me when I needed it the most. This laptop is better than what I had before and at a steal of a price!

My client was looking for a new computer for personal use on a tight budget. This computer had great specs for a very budget-friendly cost! The client was very pleased with the computer, and even more pleased with the price for what she was getting.

It's working for my online classes. I do not like how the mouse pad works, it's backwards from others I've used.

I have not had time to put this computer through all of my needs but the price and computer set up seemed great.

Nice laptop but I didn't get the virus protection for six months that they said came with it only the one month

The power and design is great. The touch pad is far from good but works ok.

Was a great price and perfect for my dad. He liked it was easy to use. Just a bit slower for an I5 processor

This laptop seems to be a great one for my retired father in law. Still early in its use, but so far so good

My main problem is it is slow turning on and there is no Indicicator light to tell you if it is on or off.
