I love the size of the screen. It's lightweight. The fan can get a little loud sometimes. I'm overall happy with this laptop.

Excellent computer especially for the price. Love the large screen and it was easy to transfer or reinstall all things from my old laptop, especially since the old one was an HP too. Runs great so far and I really like having a numerical keypad on the keyboard.

Great deal to start with. $479 for current i5 machine. Very ergonomic layout. Very smooth input keys are a pleasure to use. It's also fast! I was using an i3 machine but this computer is superior in all aspects. Made a good decision on this one.

Nice big clear and fast very easy to set up and transfer applications

Purchased this laptop for my wife. She appreciates the larger display areas and doesn't miss touch screen capability. Operating speed is good and the lower price point (on sale) made purchase of the three year extended warranty an appealing add-on.

This "open box" item was indeed damaged, although it was advertised as "Excellent". I wasn't thrilled about this, but the computer runs well, is lightweight, and suits my needs. I will think twice, though, when considering another "open box" purchase.

Excellent quality, it's secondary to my desktop and an extension for mobile work. I've had other brands of laptops and use them extensively. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but thus far, it does what is intended. I haven't had it for long, but time will tell. Excellent price point works great. Now comes the endurance test!

It is a perfectly usable laptop depending on usage. Using it to remote to work and 17” screen is great. Keyboard, touchpad, sound are decent

Great computer for the money. Love the large screen and keypad for data entry. The speakers sound good but not great, most of the time I use my headphones. No complaints so far in the first few weeks of working with the computer.

Laptop is efficient and easy to set up. Lightweight.
