This computer is for my grandma. It has all the bells and whistles that, lets be honest. She doesnt need or use! But the options are there if the grandchildren/ great grandchildren need to borrow the screen for a couple of hours.

Got it on a sale price of 390$ it’s only worth that price , not worth anymore , processor is fast and snappy , but screen is average led , no backlit keyboard but good for home use as a side pc if you’re not a pro user ,

Reasonably fast and responsive. Bootup and file retrieval times are pretty quick. Can easily handle lots of browser tabs and windows open at the same time. Keyboard has a nice feel, although the black-on-gray letter/number labels on the keys are a little difficult to see. Display quality is mediocre.

The computer works much better than my old (4 yrs) one when new. For the basics, it's great. To me, all the extra software makes it cumbersome. I do miss a cd drive. With the exception of one, I've owned HP hardware and have not been disappointed.

Nice laptop for daily use. Can’t complain I’m happy

This review is not to blow sunshine all over the place, but to list a few reasons why it has served my needs. One, large screen does not strain my eyes. Two, meets my purpose of using the web to meet my personal needs. Three, battery life is decent, but not great. Overall, a great laptop.

This is a fairly bare bones laptop, but it's quick and has a nice big clear screen. The keyboard has a good feel, and the mouse pad feels good too. It works great with a wireless mouse. The sound is good also. I miss my older computer with more features, but for the price, this one is ok.

I have always been a fan of HP products. I needed a more basic computer for emails and ZOOM. This model is excellent. Got it on sale. So a $500 model does more than I need but is a great value.

Yes I would like more storage and memory, but for the price it was affordable. SD card reader I had to buy belongs on this machine. Keyboard IS a little hard to read in low light. First thing was shut off "S" mode. Replaced a 10 year old Toshiba, so it seems fast enough for my general use.

Purchased for an older person; more than adequate for anything that’s needed. It’s not a gaming machine, but you weren’t buying it to be a gaming machine. But for all other uses, more than adequate.

Great experience buying a new laptop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me pick just what I needed without spending the whole day in the store. Laptop has been working great since purchase.

Good buy ….bought it when it was on discount to gift my neice. Wider screen makes it a more appealing and more screen space. Have been just few days …will come back and provide further update later

I'm starting a photography business and this laptop has been amazing! I've been able to edit, watermark, save multiple copies, etc. I love this laptop beyond any other laptop I've used!

This computer was purchased for my husband who is thrilled that he has a computer that runs faster. When he wants Facebook or his email he can now receive it it very fast. A Happy Husband

Old laptop broke so had to buy new one. I am glad I to, because this one is so much better. Much faster getting it up and running. I got it on sell and did not expect it to be this good.

This is a great laptop, good value for the price. Has quick response and has met all of my expectations. Haven’t had a new computer for several years, and this is definately worth the wait!!

I'm glad i brought this laptop!! Its perfect for my dj program! Dont know who said you need to buy a apple computer to dj with.. my HP does the same job at a way lesser price!!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new computer, especially since it is much larger than I originally expected to buy. I have quickly adapted and could not be happier with its performance.
