Love it! Fast, everything is what I'd expect from an HP product. With the minor exception that the built-in camera will not work for Windows Hello I couldn't be happier.

I LOVE this LAPTOP! especially the keyboard. It's quiet and quick, requires only a light touch - very easy to use for a technology-challenged 80 y.o. person like myself.

Good value with large clear screen. Wish the keys were labeled more clearly - grey on grey - not smart.

Looks good so far. Just received. For the price the specs are fantastic. I got it for my mother and she needs a large screen and a large keyboard as well. I think this is a great rig for olderfolks. I will update after more usage and input.

Fantastic! Buying a new Laptop was a good decision and a great buy. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I love Best Buy. It's a wonderful store. I hope they never go out of business. I love their Geek squad. I've used them several times. It's the best store in the local area.

The laptop is perfect. I had an old windows 7 with issues. The tech at Best Buy suggested the one I purchased and it works wonderful. They transferred all data without hesitation

This computer works better/ faster than my older HP laptop. It also feels sturdier too. The hinge on my old one cracked and broke. This feels much more secure

ok initially then some keys stopped responding then mousepad stopped.... outside warranty period.
