Perfect size and perfect for her needs. She starts college in a couple months, so this is exactly what she needed.

Great laptop, only issue was it came with windows S, so i had to remove that to get full access to all apps.

I got this laptop as a backup while on sale and I'm delighted with the performance. However, I would love it if the computer offered an additional USB 3.0. The Intel Core i5 did not disappoint in response. Personally, the laptop was upgraded to 32 GB (DR4 3200) within 2 weeks of purchase and it just got better paired with a 32" external DELL monitor.

My purchase pickup was extremely quick and easy. The male associate provided excellent service! He was knowledge on Total Tech and provided expectations on the setup service and but entering my WI-FI address I could access the internet immediately since I had to drive to another location for this service and could not get appointment until Monday.

So far this computer has functioned very well. I wish it would of included a card reader and dvd drive. It was a good value for the price.
