some of my lap top functions are more involved then my Mac and have be hard to remember the steps, Such as the transfer of files from a disk to a flash drive and it takes a Lon g time, but I needed a non apple product to use with my embroidery machine and this particular HP was recommended to me. time will tell if I love it.,but I do like it. Great product at a great price. Bought to run my golf simulator on and it works flawlessly.

I have had it a few days and I have used it quite a bit. Love everything about it. I am not sure about the battery life. Not sure I am getting the 10.5 hours the specs say. I am using this for a Google certificate course I am taking so I am mostly reading and watching short videos. For now though, I don't have any complaints.

A good quality laptop for a reasonable price. Boots up quickly. Run fairly fast. It replaced an aged laptop computer. I'm happy with the purchase.

I have had this laptop for about a month and I have not had any problems with it at all. I use this laptop to do a ton or research and type a number of papers because I am in Grad school. It works like a charm and I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

I am pleased with the product after experiencing the transferred data from Windows 10 to the installed software Windows 11. I chose to go with the recommended McAfee Security which was reading Windows 10, 10.6 (or other) and Windows 11. I have had to designate a number of times to McAfee and elsewhere that this laptop is running Windows 11. It seems to be working itself out at this point.

Could not have made a better choice. Has made my job a lot easier. Very easy to use.

The laptop has had an issue with the recycle bin since i bought it and none of the "fixes" for it works.
