I am very happy with this computer. Compared to the old Lenovo I was using before. this is so easy to navigate. The keyboard is easy to see because it is silver colored. I am so glad I purchased this model. It is perfect for my basic needs.

A good mid range laptop. The performance is pretty good running basic tasks. The keyboard is very flat and hard to read. This laptop was for a grandparent and ended up adding vibrant keyboard stickers to make them visible

It’s so quick and easy to use. Set up did not take a long. I’ve had an HP laptop with Vista for 15 years. It was a reliable system until there were no longer updates to support the software. I like the screen size too on this laptop.

Heating problems, loading problems, slow at times.

Working as expected. 17.3 is very good for my work.

I know what I'm doing with it but am anxious to learn.

I like this laptop very much. Only complaint is that the letters, etc. on the keyboard are hard to read (not enough contrast). I solved that problem with an LED lamp. Otherwise, it works fine. No complaints.

Really an awesome laptop. It’s just way too big and heavy. It is not practical for lap use and would strictly have to be used via desk. Heats up quickly too btw. Overall it’s a 3/5 because of its performance, just needs to get slimmed down a bit.

So far so good. I need a bigger screen. This is perfect! I upgraded from 4GB to 8GB of memory, what a difference! 17.3 " is larger. This is a perfect size if you are looking for a larger screen. Good value I got it on sale!

I love everything about this computer. Start up is fast, memory is normal. For a Senior Citizen it’s a very easy computer to work with. Great for bill paying, surfing the web and even using Netflix on it.

Purchased this laptop since my old HP has slowed down a lot. My husband has the same laptop but his has touch capablities. Purchased in September and just now had Geek Squad come out and flipped the old one to this one. Hopefullly, this one will last as long as the 1st one. (7+ years)

I had a situation where I needed a computer. I found this computer advertised on sale and purchased it. I didn't notice that it did not have a CD/DVD drive. However, I have been very pleased with the system and would recommend it.

This 17.3" laptop is good for a price under $500.00. I do not get any problem with this PC, every thing run smooth as I expect so far(Microsoft, Google, Youtube, Netfix ... ) so please overall.

Great laptop for the price. Bought it for my daughter as a gift. Her 8-year old laptop finally bit the dust. The larger size is great; no real need for a separate monitor to see the screen.

Great laptop couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a new one. The only downfall is I wish I had purchased the touchscreen version

Had a little trouble getting it set up. Called Best Buy Geek Squad and they were very helpful and knew exactly what help I needed. Even assisted with installing Web Root for me. Great Team.
