    Computer was an open box purchase and was described as being in excellent condition. That was true until all the black and white lines would suddenly take over the entire screen. There was a slip of paper which came in the box which said those black lines would appear.......and they did. This computer should have never been re-sold.

    The laptop is a bit bulkier than my other laptop but it functions well and meet my needs. I miss having the CD driver to play music and watch movies
