Everything works as promised a great upgrade from what we had before

Comfortable and enough storage for college students. I love it!

It was fine when i first purchased but i quickly noticed how this laptop does not have enough ram. Simply running firefox will fill up ram space and the ssd isn't large enough for long term use. This laptop broke down when I was downloading a game off steam where something went wrong, the laptop crashed, and repeatedly restarted itself in a loop. When i fixed that issue, I was met with a black screen with only the cursor being shown. Another major issue is how this products uses Intel Optane but does not have the parts that support it. I bought this laptop that tells me to go buy a different component to replace its existing parts just so it can function normally. Terrible waste of money.

This computer quit working when I brought it home. I took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad couldn't even get it to run. They ended up having to replace the computer.

The keyboard is impossible to read even with additional light. I am older and have reasonably good eyesight but to be fair I asked my kids to take a look. They had trouble with reading the keyboard as well. Had to order stickers from Amazon that had white lettering to put on top of the keys, which is frustrating with a new laptop. Looks awful but is working and enabling me to use the laptop more easily. Had some built-in things that were a real pain, but I worked through all the set up. The keyboard is a deal breaker and is a lesson learned to never again purchase without going into the store to see it first-hand.

Edge did not work on this computer. Had to spend some time on the phone with geek squad to try and remedy. Unable to load gmail as well. It did eventually work, but was very frustrating in the beginning.

Don’t buy warranty is useless I wouldn’t even let my exwife get this pile of junk
