The first one after a week couldn’t find the microphone and the second one after a week did the same thing which caused me to be unable to do my Zoom work.

Also if you old fashioned and need a place to usecd and dvd, there is not an option. The pros is that it’s is fast and the keys are just the right side. Perfect to use as my work from home laptop.
