Like everything about this laptop. Runs so much faster than my old HP. Very slim and light weight. Getting to know Windows 11 pretty quickly.

I like the large laptop screen and also how fast it is.

First off the keys are very difficult to see. They're basically gray on Gray. I expected it to have a little more pep and go a little bit faster it seems like it's struggling to keep up sometimes and with what's inside of it it should be a little faster. To me it feels cheap the plastic just feels like it would break fairly easily. For its sale price of 549.99 it is a really decent computer in that price range. Keep in mind the speed the keyboard and decide for yourself if the pros outweigh the cons. personally I would never own this laptop. But I have set up several for customers that are in their 70s and 80s. They do love the screen size. I've had zero complaints so far other than the keyboard from them. They don't travel so the weight is not an issue it is quite heavy compared to what I'm used to using. I personally think it's worth spending a little bit extra money and getting something that you're going to like everything on. Make a good investment you're going to have this computer for a while.

Everything works as it should, faster than the one it replaced. I like the larger screen.

I purchased the laptop online and i cant wait to mess with it. I finally replaced my HP dv5 laptop that i've been using since 2010. The laptop still works but its super slow and cant even installed windows 11. 17 inch laptop with iCore5 for 399 is a steal. Go and grab one while the sale still going.

Big, bright screen, thin and relatively fast. Half the weight of my older 17" HP laptop. It is taking some getting used to having high speed ports and no dvd. After 3 months, I would still recommend it.

Easy to use for a senior whonis sometimes bedridden

This is an outstanding laptop with over 17" of screen and all the capability I need on a daily basis! The build quality was there, I put a keyboard skin on it with contrasting white letters on a black background, and it's the perfect machine for me - thanks for the nice price!

Good unit for watching movies HBO Netflix and prime time shows.

Very nice laptop at an affordable price. I ordered online and within about an hour I received an email informing me that my order was ready to be picked up.

I bought this because I wanted the large screen. The laptop is heavy! It is also very slow to boot up and every time I turned it on, an update was required. It is also VERY slow. I returned this to Best Buy and I will be looking for a different solution. The battery life is very short as well. Didn't last 5 hours after full charge and only 2 hours of active use. Finally, the keyboard is very difficult to see.

Great laptop for us, didn’t need all the bells and whistles that the more expensive ones but this was quite surprising

So far it is easy to use with Microsoft 365. Access to the internet is very quick.

Very good laptop. Easy to use, does everything that I need it to do.

Very disappointed in Windows 11. It lacks a lot from Windows 10. It doesn't allow for Rich Text Documents, Which I used a lot on my Windows 10 desktop. And it is extremely slow.
