Nice laptop, fast with SSD, may need external storage if you have a lot of pictures, videos, music, etc. Figure you may end up with 200GB or slightly less usable storage after Windows files and programs. Large 17" screen! I would buy again.

I absolutely love this laptop. Its screen is large enough to accommodate work requiring split screen work. It has many features my older HP computer did not have. It has a tutorial to assist one to learn how to use the new features effectively.

Average performance. Big 17 inch screen is nice. One of the few laptops that still has a DVD RW drive.

Easy to set up and use. I didn't care for the S mode version of Windows, so I switched to the regular vision. Haven't had one problem so far.

I am overall happy with this laptop.The only thing I didn't realize when I ordered it was how big it really is! Not portable friendly.

I bought this laptop from my wife to replace an older HP she mostly does reports for work and zoom meetings she's that family member with 23 open tabs this machine handles all this very well

It has been working well and the only thing I regret is it not being touch screen. My wife has been pleased with the computer.

I bought this laptop because it had the new 11th generation Intel processors in it. I use it for online school and heavy gaming. I play mostly War Thunder, and I’m hitting a minimum of 45 FPS at max settings. This is a very, very good laptop and I would suggest it to anyone.

My wife and I needed a new laptop just for basic stuff like Zoom and browsing the internet. This laptop gets the job done. It’s super face with the ssd. It boots up and turns off within seconds. Graphics and audio are pretty good as I’ve tested it with next Netflix.

Very good Machine with large keys as well as a big screen, just wish it had more memory...

I have this laptop for almost 6 weeks now. It is user friendly in my opinion. Very easy to setup. I am not a tech savvy but Norton 360 does not work on this laptop. You can connect on the internet but no internet access(weird). It comes with free Trend Micro Internet Antivirus but that does not work either unless you opt out of S-mode and you cannot go back once you opt out. What is the point of free antivirus? Hopefully the built in antivirus will take care of this laptop. Overall it is a good buy. I can still give it a 5 star.

WOW ! Love my new laptop. My old laptop finally gave out after about 10 years and I hate change! This is very easy to use & lightweight.
