I also had to take back the first laptop It had internal problems..So this one is the 2nd one..

They said they couldn’t get the fan, so they gave me a gift card for another laptop. They didn’t have that model, so I had to wait for it to come in. Not happy.

Bad Luck With This One!

Left it alone for two weeks. Then disaster...didn't recognize the alpha keys, just the numeric keys. Couldn't log on. Took back to Best Buy, they were very cooperative and let me exchange for a working laptop.

Poor quality hinges

The repair place I took it to quoted me $450 to fix it. This is the second HP I have had this happen to. I have not been excessively hard on it, though I do open and close it several times a day.
