Worked for about a year and then the hinge broke. Appears the screen is too big for the hinge to handle. The hinge has about 3 mm of steel to handle the open and close pressure. It snapped obviuosly and broke screen.

Wireless card stopped working 1 week after warranty was over, and then ethernet connection stopped working 1 week after

Keyboard is non responsive in less than 10 days use. I've had it less than 30 days. I travel a lot. Now I need to bring it back.

Within 1st month it started automatically scrolling fast to bottom of page would not go back to the top. 3 certain letters would not type, t, x, and m or n. Geek squad come up with some excuse not to warranty it. Their service suck and the there is no warranty on new PC's. I think they sold me a factory reconditioned PC but they said it was not.

I do not love this computer because of the keyboard mouse. The mouse is does not recognize functions easily.

I have a network router with a 5.0 and 2.4 and it does not show the 5.0

We have owned this laptop for just over a year and the hard drive crashed. Up until then it was a great laptop. The laptop was used at home and mostly stayed on the desk. I'm pretty sure the warranty is gone. Very disappointed in this product :(

Hp customer service rep was overtly condescending.

I was told by the geeks that my brand new computer out of the box needed tuned up and upgraded and that cost would be $300. a year. I purchased a better product from WalMart.

Needed a home computer and i always bought desk top computers. Talked into a laptop and really enjoy the flexibility in moving it around.

Bought this in the store for my kids for homework. The set up was super fast and easy and the display is really crisp and clear. It seems like a fast laptop to me and things open very fast. Using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PPT plus lots of internet sites. Connecting to our existing wireless printer took minutes. Love this laptop.

Battery life was as expected. Up to 6 hours assumes the laptop is doing almost nothing. 2 hours might be what should be expected when under normal use. Think of it as advertised HWY MPG on cars. Yes, you can get that if you travel a certain speed and hit no traffic. Practical results are lower as expected.

I have had this computer for three days. I am a high school teacher and use my computer daily for 8+ hours a day. I have found that the battery will not last more than two hours, even though the specs say six hours. It also freezes up often. I'm very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with this laptop. I haven't even had it for a full day and the battery won't last even 5 hours. The keys and body of the laptop feel chintzy like a child's toy. The specs to this laptop make it sound wonderful but my experience with it leaves me feeling like they might have mislabeled my laptop box, here's why not even 2 hours in to use the laptop it started acting up, like I was pushing it too hard. I was doing searching and only had 7 tabs open. You'd think a laptops with this much power should be able to handle a internet search of that size.
