Good Characteristics - Average Performance

Did not live up to the HP name

I bought this one, expecting the same level of excellence and was completely disappointed. upon getting the item the case is made out of plastic and extremely light (good for some people but makes it feel cheap to me) was using this laptop for a little over a month and then the hard drive crashes. will not start up no matter what I do. in addition, for the time I was using this computer, it took forever every time it needed to start up. extremely disappointed in this product.

New laptop

So far, no problems, other than not enough time to use it. I have nothing else negative to say.
