Machine has good speed and speakers.Nice slender machine. Not happy with Windows 10, and keyboard has symbols and letters way too small for a senior to see. Noticed HP Machines all have really small letters and symbols on keyboard. I prefer the Windows 7 setup overall. However, I feel this was a really good buy, and would recommend to anyone.

Love the screen size, picture quality and full size keyboard.

In a never ending sea of all in ones and convertible laptops, I was drowning trying to find something without luxury festures like a touch screen and a flexible hinge that murders your laptop to give birth to a tablet... thing. This laptop save my life from a near death experience - gave me CPR and rescued my dignity. Thank you, HP!

cheap and good, fast processor, design modern and light

The performance is ok. Recommend as an extra laptop at home. This is lightweight and materials are flimsy..easy to crack/damage. For this reason, does not travel and not for use by my kids.

Really enjoying the speed of this sleek sassy laptop.

I bought this online after reviewing some of the reviews online. An hour later my laptop was ready for pickup, proceeded to the store and picked it up. They (Best Buy) made this so easy, no hassle sale, it was great. My daughter loves it, easy set up, nice display and speed. Battery life has been as advertised.....good product.

Like my new HP laptop, which is the zillionth HP I've owned. So far, only issue I see - actually, hear. or don't - is sound. Too low, and have tried to make it higher. Conventional stuff isn't working.

It does everything I need it to do. I needed a new one to remote into my work computer to be able to work from home. It multitasks well and doesn't bog down while using multiple applications.

So far, this has been a great computer for the price. The only problem I see is that it is a bit slow in processing. Otherwise, if that isn't an issue for you, it's a nice little computer.

I wasn't expecting to do any high performance task with this laptop, so I think for the price I had reasonable expectation. I wanted a laptop to to write papers, use spreadsheets and browse the internet. It's unreasonably slow at all these task to the point I'm looking at purchasing a new laptop just a few months after getting this one. Although I have high speed internet, this laptop manages to mimic dial up speeds when loading simple webpages. I cannot express how disappointed you will be with this laptop...

I love my laptop. Its easy to use and it isn't heavy. I do wish it booted up a little faster, but other than that it meets my needs of paying bills and digital scrapbooking.

I bought this for my 70yo mother. So far there was one issue with connecting to her wifi but I just needed to update the drivers and now she is trolling with the best of them.

I had the best experience with Best Buy on this purchase. The personnel at Best Buy are the best hired and sure that they so carefully hire. The product is excellent, using all day and night since purchase, thanks to the employee giving me excellent advice.

This laptop is one of the best deals around for someone looking for a desktop replacement. It is worth spending the extra bucks and buying/installing an SSD and an external drive adapter to convert the original 1TB drive into an external storage disk.

I have had this laptop for a few week and so far like it very much. If you are looking for a good laptop with a CD drive this is the laptop for you

Functionality effective and aestheticly straightforward. Serves basic needs and good for standard use. Downside: ineffective span of battery life.
