Excellent price for an i7 processor. Only issue was with setting up Windows Edge browser to get my faves transferred from old computer. Finally worked it out and have a useful product for photo processing, music, and general computing.

Went in to buy a basic laptop and ended up getting this. I am very glad I did. I do wish the financing was extended to at least 18 months though as we bought more so we would get it, then found it didn't apply to our purchase.

Nice laptop from well known manufacturer. Good components without all the whiz-bang features that drive price up. Very satisfied.

This is an inexpensive machine but performs very well for the price point. Screen resolution is very good to watch movies on.

I had difficulty getting the PC shipped to me because Best Buy could find my location and was going to ship to an Omaha Store for pickup. Omaha is 350 miles from my location. After a series of phone calls, the shipping address was finally changed. After receiving PC, it had almost no software installed on it, and software on my old computer would not run properly. This has been a bad experience for me.

Not a fan of 10....wanted a Apple but could only afford a hp. It's done everything I asked it to do. No problems.

Excellent value for the price if you don't need a touch screen. Excellent graphics and processor. 4 Stars...

Purchased this computer for my high school student to use for school work. Easy set up. Easy to use. My daughter also streams videos and plays games. Perfect for her everyday use.

This was a gift for my dad and it does exactly what he needs it to do and it was purchased for a reasonable price. It is a solid system, that we hope will last for quite a while.

I looked at many laptops and for the money, this eas topps, it was faster, it had more memory, and had more storage. I use it for personal use and work, it is very dependable
