    The only issue I have with this system, and it seriously drives me nuts, is the controls are ultra sensitive. Sometimes it performs actions I don't desire when I'm just trying to scroll down or something. For instance, when I attempt to click and move the scroll bar at the right, sometimes the screen expands. Also, it will jump several screens forward or backward when I only click once. I really can't explain it, other than this never happened with my last one.

    If you add anything to the online order, it becomes a "BUNDLE" and any items you need to return will NOT be valued at the original price. My offered refund on the $40 mouse was $2.

    I received my new laptop on 5/29/20 and was very disappointed when I noticed the screen had light leaking from the top corners. This was very frustrating because I use this laptop in a dark room for reviewing videos and showing presentations. Best Buy failed to fix this issue and as a result I have to return this sold out laptop. I will never shop at Best Buy in the near future.
