Got this in April 2020 and have a cracked screen. Pls get there warranty if you buy this. Device good for 2/3rd grader. Cannot use screen mirroring. And cannot add other apps. Prob best to spend a little more for a laptop instead of a Chromebook. Cannot use online help primped that OS not supported & Browser (which is chrome) not supported for Theo HP Chromebook SMH. It is less than 6mths old. Good luck if you buy this device and again get the warranty.

Easy to operate without as many updates as other operating systems the screen does not convince me much but for the price I can not complain

I bought this 5/4/2020 but didn’t get to use it until about a week ago. It worked for about a week and then all of the sudden the screen went black and then started malfunctioning. It was blinking and turning different colors. Do not buy....

I would never thought that I would be buying a new computer for me. But I am a teacher and this COVID-19 has CHANGED alot. This was the best decision that I made this time around in purchasing a laptop. I like this design, it is light weight, it operates as a tablet, and it is perfect for my virtual classroom use. I've had this computer almost 30 days and don't have any complaints. Right now I do not use it on a daily basis since school is out. The battery life lasts a while as long as the computer is shut down or turned off when it is not in use. I have recommended this computer to so many seniors heading off to college this year. I bought a sleeve for it and I can barely tell that the computer is inside. Great price as well. I will be purchasing this computer again when it is time for my son to go off too college in a couple of years.

I really enjoy this Chromebook & the upgrades since my last Chrome. The key board is easier to use, the needed touch is much lighter. The screen is bigger & has less margin. The unit itself is lighter. Of course, it's faster & I love the touchscreen.It was delivered on time & I was fascinated by how it basically started itself when I charged it up. It is easy to use, quick & exactly what I wanted & needed.

Easy to use, sleek, light weight and fast compared to my 10 year old lap top. Very sensitive touch screen, we touched it during set up and it closed the set up screen. It should have contained some basic one page set up instructions. That being said we worked our way thru it and are discovering new things as we go along. This was the one I bought for my daughter she loves it. I bought one for my granddaughter as well in July. This review is for the one I bought my wife for Christmas.

For the price you cant beat it. I would have preferred to wait for holiday sales to get a better computer, but I needed this for school. And for school applications it's great. The touch screen is great, battery life is wonderful, and general web browsing is smooth. You will start to notice some slow down with video streaming and higher demanding apps. I don't think this laptop has the RAM to handle the higher bandwidth of HD video streaming. Also, the screen doesn't have very great viewing angles. I often feel like I need to turn the brightness up to see web-pages. If you are using this for school, also know that (as of right now) you cannot access the PC/MAC versions of Office programs. You can download Word, Excel, etc, from the Play Store, but they will have limited functionality, just like the online versions. If you are looking for a computer that will handle web browsing, emails, YouTube, social media, or other basic tasks, then this would be a great laptop.

I love my new Chromebook! I just started my online business 6 weeks ago and this has been the best investment yet, It is thin and sleek. Very user friendly! The screen is big, it feels like I have a mini TV and you can flip the keyboard and turn this laptop into a tablet. It is touch screen! I got this on Cyber Monday, great sale!

This Chromebook in ceramic white seems to have been a great purchase so far. My daughter loves that it folds into a tablet too. She says it hasn't froze up yet and the battery lasts a long time. She loves this Chromebook and I hope it serves us well this upcoming school year. I did have a small hiccup during the set up related to password when I logged out & tried to log back in and I used the family/parent link thing to reset the password. After going through the process a few times it finally let me sign back into the device. Other than that, the rest of the set up was simple!

Love this laptop so far. Works great and perfect size. Lightweight and slimmer than I was expecting for a reversible touch screen. Very resealable price for a great laptop.

As far as chrome books go, you can’t beat the performance, design of this one for the price. Display isn’t the greatest. You have to tilt the screen to the right angle for it to be clear. It’s a solid design, perfect size, thin and lightweight, and attractive.

I love everything about this labtop. Easy set up, easy use . It’s light . Battery life last a long time when fully charged I don’t charge it for days before it dies . The touch screen is amazing in the lab top .

I love this computer. Very easy to use and i love that it is touch screen also. The price wasn't bad. I paid 399.99 and am happy with it. Light weight still figuring out different things that it can do.

The downside is you can't have files on your home screen. Besides that this is a great computer! Fast, light weight, easy to use, battery lasts a long time and kid user friendly!

I purchased this for a replacement. I got it for a great price. I’m really satisfied with this computer. It’s very lightweight and compact and very easy to use.
