It is light to carry, it holds a charge for 12 plus hours, it has great sound. My personal favorite part of this product is the touch screen! I love when I am in a Google Meets session and someone is sharing their screen, I can make my screen bigger to see certain items. I would highly recommend this product. I use mine mainly for work.

Excellent choice

Having had prior good experience with an HP Chromebook, we decided to get her the x360. She positively loves it. It’s easy to set up (just log in to your Google account) and easy to use. She loves to fold the screen back and use it as a touch tablet. The build quality is good, and I anticipate she’ll get several years of good usage out of it.

Superb Chromebook for students

Good memory, fast, slim and am really enjoying the flip to pad option with touch screen. A worthy purchase. I bought it on sale so it was economical too. HP is a good brand and the Best Buy team was a great help.

HP Chromebook review

It makes her life easier. The best feature is the touch screen which lets her fully interact with photos, emails, and just adds that extra functionality. I was able to put all of her PC files and photos on a SD card, purchased at same time, which open with ease. Battery life is outstanding, wife was able to watch movies while power was out during winter storm. HP did a great job!

But within days it wouldn’t turn back on. (And it was obviously charged) Taking it into BestBuy today to see what can be done about it. I’m hoping this was just a fluke and won’t have issues in the future. It looks like a great Chromebook that should be able to meet my needs, as long as I can get it to power on...

Excellent for Basic Computing Needs

Easy to use, touch-screen, and really great for the most basic of computing needs (Facebook Email, Youtube). I would not recommend this for gaming or anything like that, but if you want something a little more robust than a tablet, this is a good one, especially for younger or older computer users that do not need to do anything too complicated.

Perfect touch screen chromebook

Touch screens are tougher to find in chromebooks and usually come with a big price premium. This HP came with that feature but at a much more reasonable price, plus 4GB of memory and 32GB of the flash memory, which makes is pretty fast for a chromebook. So far, very pleased with my purchase
