I bought two of these for the kids schoolwork. It’s a nice machine. Unfortunately one did not recognize it had a battery- there was no battery icon and it took forever to charge. First I tried to figure it out and went into Crosh in ChromeOS where I ran a battery test and it told me no battery found. I called HP support and we still could not get to a resolution so I ended up returning the bad one and keeping the other. BB was out of this model so I bought a Lenovo that is spec’d with the same hardware as this, touchscreen and all, it’s just not a 2in1, for a hundred bucks less. Overall I like this HP better, it has a premium feel that shows up mostly in the keyboard compared to the Lenovo, but they both work well and I’m not sure the 2in1 design or the keyboard would justify spending an extra hundred if I had to buy again. All in all I would recommend this Chromebook.

Got this for my 70+ year old mom. Easy to understand interface, great display and touchscreen make it fairly intuitive. She just uses to cruise on web and pay bills online so this was a great alternative to replacing desktop. Very light with smooth surface, making it kind of slippery! We will be putting non slip strips on it since she has arthritis and has injured her one wrist to make it easier to pick up.

My daughter needed a device for remote learning. We wanted to give her an affordable, but reliable and fast option for this purpose. This chromebook fit her needs perfectly. We also found it easy to use and integrated to Google classroom which made our lives easier. The touch screen was not a requirement but is a bonus. Would recommend this to any parent for schooling in the time of covid.

I bought this chrome book for the my daughter, I’m not a big fan of these. But, after playing with it and seeing how snappy is with an intel processor is with all the apps. This chrome book is not like the entry level chrome books that is given to students. This is a little bit more advanced model chrome book. I will buy my son this chrome book this summer for his birthday.

Bought this laptop solely for "cruising" the internet at work. Don't have to use work computer. It works perfectly for it's intended purpose. And, when I travel it is the perfect size and weight. I would have prefered a lighter laptop, but didn't want to pay the high price. This is a perfect laptop for the price and minimal use as compared to my desktop as a software engineer.

WOW...I went into the store to purchase another laptop. However is was going to be able to meet the needs of daughters virtual learning. The associate then showed me this one. Its a touch screen easy to use and come with a year of Windows 10. My daughter hasnt even started virtual learning but uses this daily. It keeps a charge. Best buy for a laptop for virtual learning or everyday use.

first of all the worker at best buy is amazing. I had millions of questions and she was able to answer all. Was looking for homeschooling devices. So we narrow down to two options and I choose this. Easy to work great battery life. I like that its touch screen and u can bent and use as a tablet! Its not pre installed with buch of stuff that usually I have to go and uninstall.

Excellent chromebook, especially for the price. This is really easy to use, has good graphics and fast speed. Enjoy the safety of chromebook, with no risk of virus and malware infection. Convenient and risk free online banking and use of credit card information for online purchases. The battery life is excellent with 10 plus hours of run time on a full charge.

I purchased this laptop for my 5th grader to do her schooling online. Everything runs smoothly and at high speed. I love the fact that it can be flipped into a big tablet. Her zoom calls are nice and clear. I couldn't ask for a better laptop for her. Would recommend to anyone!! Five stars for sure.

I love this laptop! I had a samsung before this one, and I only used it for a few things, and the screen broke, really easily, it was going to cost SO much to fix it.. So instead of fixing it, I bought a chromebook! I am glad I did. The volume is great, the color is cool, the picture quality is bright, the battery life is long, and it covers all of my needs, for waaaaay less money!! I highly recommend this computer! Definitely A+

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use for school. Great laptop that is easy for a little kid to use. Pretty quick and great for the basics. This is our first chromebook, and it's very easy to have parent controls and visibility through the family link app. Knocked off a star because the screen could be better, but that's a chromebook thing in general

I bought this for my child's distance learning, and while there are cheaper chrome books available, I chose this one as it has the option to fold into a tablet and is touch-screen. I'm very happy I went with this one. It's been great so far and seems sturdy. The batter life is great, and, while not as important as function, I'm very pleased with how it looks.

I wasn’t sure if purchasing a Chromebook would be the best solution after the recent death of my Toshiba laptop. It turned out to be all that it was advertised to be plus more. It’s very easy to operate and very light so carrying it is a dream. For anyone who doesn’t have to do heavy lifting on a computer, Chromebook is your answer.

this Chromebook is fast, light, easy and efficient. Good value.
