I usually don’t use Chromebooks, but I decided to give this a try. It isn’t for me, but I can see why many people love it. I will be sticking to MacBooks or Windows because of the ease of use.

Didn't give me the sale price. And it shipping gave me one date but finally came a week later. Overall laptop is great. But I would have like to have gotten the sale price since it came later then what I paid for it to come.

Bought this for my son to use for school. It was used but not often. Unfortunately the screen broke in the corner as it opened just after the 1 year warranty and extra warranty I purchased ran out. Not worth the price if it only lasts 13 months. Better off spending half the price to get a similar item that will hopefully last longer.

This laptop does the job for a grade schooler. The video quality during a zoom call is not very sharp, though. That is where our disappointment lies.

I bought this chromebook as a tablet alternative. It can flip to a tablet like configuration but I discovered it is too heavy and large for that type of use. It also got very warm on my lap which I found uncomfortable. The worse thing though was the viewing angles. The picture gets pretty weird looking (like a colorful negative) at all but straight ahead viewing. If you're going to use this as a web connected laptop on a desk, it should be fine though.

For the price list laptop if you want to even call the laptop is not worth it I would not say is close to anything like I thought it would be not a computer at all it's a glorified phone with a keyboard I have one of those in my pocket without a keyboard that does just the same as my computer purchase has I'm a first time buyer never had a laptop in my life I'm very unhappy with what it does because it don't do much all the apps even asked me if it can interrupt to make a call is not a phone it is a computer Chrome operating system is junk like I said it's a glorified phone but if I would have had some customer service help and says being told that I was purchasing a cheap product had to be ordered online the associate at the store would take two days to be delivered to that location when in fact it was in the back stockroom because I placed the order the following day and it was ready in 15 minutes but Dave was told there wouldn't be no earlier than two days very I'm very dissatisfied I'm going to try to return for a full money refund so I can purchase an actual computer from HP website I do not suggest purchasing Chromebook stay away from Chromebooks all together unless you're wanting to play stuff that is available on a free phone from the government

This is a decent laptop. I don't have much complaints about it except the display quality is weak.

Difficult to get info and use. Amazon helped me the most. Your phone system is wirthkess. They contraire calls. Nobody knows anything about fire
