Was able to customize it to my liking within a few hours of purchasing it. A big part of why I got this product was to help me with sports betting, but unfortunately it seems I can't use it to place bets on any sportsbook platforms. Can still use for research and organizing though, hopeful a software update will come out in the future that fixes issue.

Decent laptop

I know it doesn't have much capabilities but it fulfills basic needs. One thing that I was sad was that since this is chromebook, I cannot install systems that need MAC or Windows. Great buy for the price though.

Nice speedy and Lightweight

The screen was broken on the first one so instead of buying a new screen I decided to buy another of the same exact model as the price was affordable. It is full of speed with excellent graphics and ample storage. My teen age son uses it for all his school work and games and chat. Love it.

Bought this for the mother-in-law and setting it up has made me want one as well. Very simple, but well made and filled with features. Touch screen works great, and being able to fold it in half and use as a tablet is very handy as well. Most importantly...she is using it every day...which is what we needed! :)
