It's solid when it comes to quality. Best Buy makes it easier to buy thanks to member discounts.

Glad I tried another HP cartridge before paying to have my printer fixed. Guess the cartridge off Ebay was a knock off because everything was coming out a rose color. The cartridge I got from BestBuy cured all my problems.

It worked very well after it was inserted in the older HP 895cse color printer. I am also very satisfied with the lowest competitive price I paid for it.

The delivery date was 19 months AFTER the expiration date of the HP warrantee. I should have returned it but did not since I expected that Best Buy would stand behind their products if this cartridge did not work. I had the cartridge for a while before installing it in my printer and it did not work, no color.ink came out. I tried the usual methods for unclogging the ink jets but nothing worked. I phoned Best Buy to see about a refund but it was refused. I was told to contact HP, but their warrantee had expired 19 months before I received the cartridge. I expected better treatment from Best Buy. So beware.
