The installation was easy. It was up and running in minutes. I can recommend this monitor without hesitation. Also arrived two days earlier than originally projected date!

Monitor won’t stay on

Bought it for my daughter’s distance learning. It’s only on 3 hours a day. And it will randomly turn off. We have had it less than 2 months. Very disappointed in this purchase and Best Buy’s return/exchange policy for this item. Very frustrating.
