    This item is not like a tv, computer or video-game console. It's a required accessory necessary to accomplish the device's task. So, with that said, having available the correct print cartridges for my printer is good. It works to my expectations. Fini!

    Was contacted via email when this product was finally in. But within hrs was sold out again. Rep worked with me to pre-pay item and it came in much faster (within days, not weeks) than estimated. Turned frustration into a good experience!

    I have always gotten my printer ink from Best Buy. I am always treated with respect and kindness. Whether I am on phone, computer, or in person. All things having to do with my computer, go through Best Buy. Love my 4650 HP printer.

    I feel like the black ink never lasts long enough. I thought my HP ink cartridge was running out, print was faded. But it started printing fine and levels, according to printer, showed at about half. Not sure if it’s printer or cartridge so I bought a new cartridge.
